Using the CityLight Facility

Step 1. 

You can get started by filling out the event request form. Once your form is filled out one of our pastors will contact you about your request.

Step 2. 

Once your event is approved, read through this User Agreement, sign it and return it to the person you made the request through. 

Step 3. 

Secure your date by paying all the appropriate fees. You can do that by check or you can pay online using this form.
